It’s very easy to enter – all you need to do is follow our Instagram page (@lsiportsmouth), like the competition post and tag three friends! The competition will be open for the entire month of April 2019 and we will be choosing the winner at random on Friday 3rd May 2019. The prize covers the cost of a 5 day General English course at LSI/IH Portsmouth only – please remember that accommodation and travel costs are not covered in this competition.

Eligibility to enter / opening and closing dates
- Entrants must be aged 18 or over and have access to the internet, have an Instagram account along with an email account.
- This promotion opens at 9.15am on Monday 1st April 2019 and closes at 9.15am on Monday 29th April 2019. Any entry received after this closing date will not be valid.
- A maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person, per day.
How to enter
- Entrants can enter through Instagram only. Competition will be promoted on all online channels, but entry is restricted to Instagram.
- Follow our Instagram page (@lsiportsmouth), like the competition post and tag three friends.
Selecting the winner
- We (LSI/IH Portsmouth) will select the winner at random on Friday 3rd Mayl 2019 from all valid entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions. Our decision is final.
The prize
- The prize covers the cost of a 5 day General English course at LSI/IH Portsmouth only, for adults over 18 and is for 22.5 hours. Accommodation and travel costs are not covered in the competition. Winner must cover the costs of these themselves.
- No social programme activities/trips are covered in the prize.
- Notification and delivery of the prize: The winner will be notified within 5 days of being selected using Instagram.
- Winner will then be given a range of weeks to choose from in May and June 2019.
- Winner must inform LSI/IH Portsmouth of their choice of dates.
- We will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners. However, if a winner has not responded to a notification within 5 days, or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner using the same process referred to above in these terms and conditions.
General
- The winners are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these terms and conditions as being included as part of the prize.
- Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries or those which are not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be valid. We accept no responsibility for failure to receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside of our control.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. Any information you provide as part of this promotion is provided to the promoter and not to Instagram. Entrants to this promotion hereby release Instagram from any claim or liability suffered in connection with this promotion.
- Prizes are transferable – if the winner wishes to transfer the prize to a family member or friend, who meet the required terms and conditions and are aged 18 or over, they are able to.
- We will only use personal information supplied by entrants to this promotion for the purposes of administering this promotion unless consent is received to use such information for any other purpose.
- If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or of the spirit of this promotion, then we may at our sole discretion refuse to accept an entry.
- Our decision is binding in all matters relating to this promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
- To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this promotion or taking up the prize.
- By entering this promotion entrants will be deemed to have accepted and will be bound by, these terms and conditions.
- Entrants will retain ownership of any content, submissions and other material they submit as part of this promotion. However, entrants grant us (and our agents and affiliates) a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to use any such content, submissions and other material for the purposes of this promotion.
- Winner must be willing to post about their stay at LSI/IH Portsmouth on social media channels and have their photos/videos used on the LSI/IH Portsmouth Instagram page.
- These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
