During a recent visit to Japan, Emma was delighted to give an orientation presentation to students from J.F.Oberlin University in Machida, Tokyo
LSI/IH Portsmouth was honoured to be chosen as a partner for Oberlin’s Global Communications’ Study Abroad programme in 2018: students choose between universities in such places as Hawaii, California, Toronto – and now Portsmouth!
14 students will come in September and spend 15 weeks improving their English, working with the local community on outreach and volunteering programmes and making new friends from all over the world ?
Emma talked about what to expect in their classes, life in a host family and the difference in culture in the UK. All the students asked questions and seemed very enthusiastic!
